Websites and tools built around how your business works.

I design and build fast websites, booking systems and internal tools for small businesses. You work directly with me from the first conversation to launch.

Four things I get asked for.

Most businesses do not need more software. They need one piece that fits how they already work, wired into everything else.

01

Business websites

Quick to load, easy to find, and editable by whoever answers the phone. No support ticket to change a price.

02

Custom platforms

Bookings, clients, orders, payments, staff roles. Built around your process instead of bending your process around a template.

03

Automation

The repetitive work, gone. Reminders that send themselves, reports that arrive on Monday, tools that finally talk to each other.

04

Rescue work

Inherited something slow, broken or abandoned? I read the code, tell you honestly what is salvageable, and rebuild the rest in stages.

selected work

Recent projects, live and in use.

A selection of websites and platforms I have built for clinics, beauty, construction and transport businesses. Open any project to see the work in more detail.

how it works

Five steps. No surprises on the invoice.

You always know what is being built, what it costs and when it lands. If something slips, you hear it that week.

Not sure what you need yet? Perfectly normal. The first call is mostly about working out whether the project is worth doing at all. Sometimes the honest answer is that a much smaller fix will do.

Book the call
  1. 01

    Call

Half an hour on what your business does and where the time goes. No slide deck. If I am the wrong person for it, you will hear that on this call.

  2. 02

    Scope

A written scope, a fixed price, a delivery date. You see what is in, and what I have deliberately parked for a second phase.

  3. 03

    Build

A staging link in week one, then a short update every week. You are messaging the person writing the code, so answers take minutes.

  4. 04

    Launch

Deployment, monitoring, analytics, and a walkthrough for your team. Code and credentials are handed over. The project is yours.

  5. 05

    Maintain

Optional. Security updates, new features, performance work. Cancel any month you like. There is no lock-in and no minimum.

who you work with

One developer, on the hook for all of it.

Agencies put a project manager between you and the code, relaying your words to someone you never meet. Marketplaces cut out the manager and add a lottery. I take on a small number of projects a year and own each one from the first call to the last deploy.

One person, start to finish

The person you brief writes the code and ships it. Nothing gets lost being passed along.

You own everything

Code, hosting, domain and data sit in your accounts, in your name. Leaving is always easy, which is largely why nobody does.

Fixed scope, fixed price

You know the number before anyone starts. Changes get quoted openly instead of quietly appearing on the bill.

Built to be handed over

Tested, documented, boring code. Any competent developer can pick it up. That is rather the point.

Mostly build with
Laravel, Livewire, Tailwind, MySQL
Also comfortable in
WordPress, Alpine.js, REST APIs, Stripe
And I handle
Deployment, monitoring, backups, CI
start a project

Tell me what is slowing you down.

You get a reply from me, the person who would build it, within one working day. If it is a bad fit I will say so rather than sell you something.

What happens next

  1. 01 I read it and reply within one working day
  2. 02 A 30-minute call to understand the problem
  3. 03 A written scope with a fixed price and a date

Email

What do you need? Budget
What are you trying to solve?
