The situation
A transport company whose customers turn up with one very specific question: can you move this, from here to there, by then. The site had to answer the coverage question immediately and capture enquiries with enough detail to put a price on them.

Details that mattered
Coverage answered up front
Routes and service areas come before anything else. Someone whose route is not covered leaves quickly, and someone whose route is covered gets straight to the form.
Enquiries that can be priced
Origin, destination, cargo and timing are all asked for, which turns a vague "how much?" into something quotable on the first reply.
