Inside the app
The situation
Several masters sharing one salon, each keeping their own clients and hours. Appointments lived in personal notebooks and message threads, so nobody could tell at a glance whether a colleague was free, which chair was taken, or how the day actually looked. The owner needed one shared picture of the salon without taking control of their own time away from each master.
What was built
- 01 Personal agenda per master, in week and month views
- 02 Shared view of the whole team schedule, colour-coded per master
- 03 Filters to narrow the calendar to one master or a group
- 04 Service catalogue with durations, managed by the admin
- 05 Role-based access for admin and masters

Details that mattered
Own your time, see the team
Each master books and edits only their own appointments, but the whole salon is visible in one calendar. Overlaps sit side by side, so a free slot next to a colleague is obvious.
Built for the phone in your pocket
The agenda is designed for a narrow screen first: swipe between weeks, jump to today, add an appointment with one tap. It installs to the home screen like a native app.
Services set once, used everywhere
The admin defines services and their durations. Masters pick from that list when booking, so appointment lengths and names stay consistent across the team.
Sign in with a fingerprint
Passkeys replace passwords for day-to-day access, which matters when the person logging in has just washed their hands between clients.
